SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We always prefer to have consultations in person before scheduling your appointment. If you are not local, special accommodations may be made. Once this form is completed we will have a better understanding of what it is you’re looking for to help streamline the consultation process.
Consultations will give each of us the opportunity to determine the best direction and details for your appointment. After the consultation you will be able to schedule your appointment.
Booking appointments does require a deposit to save your date and time. The deposit is determined by the size of the piece and the time that will be required. This deposit will be deducted on the total cost of your tattoo.
Every tattoo is custom and designed specifically for you. We draw all pieces the night before or the morning before your appointment. We can not deviate from this schedule.
